OLM has been at the forefront of care solutions in the UK. OLM is one of the UK’s largest software and services companies supporting the care sector.

Requirements:

OLM’s biggest challenge when they reached out to us was primarily the efficiency with which their team was operating and needed major changes in their service portal that was offering care services via their web application.  To list out a few,

  • Addresses the challenges social workers and Health Care professionals face when recording
  • Intuitive UX Web App on Azure and rich functionality speed up  social care and health recording.
  • Responsive design across devices
  • Allows for the upload of media to case files, including video, audio, and images.

Key metrics for measuring success:

After the current challenges and the requirements were listed out, we had defined the KPI/metrics that need to be evaluated to measure the success of the project we undertook.

  • Agile metrics: Team velocity, burn down rates, customer satisfaction, and time to market.
  • Behavioral metrics: Communication, Autonomy, self-management, and collaboration

How we did it:

                ProArch delivered the Bespoke Team extension model, with remarkable results on the performance. Using the 4 step approach, we defined and delivered a bespoke operating model, looking holistically across structure, culture, and process

Results:

After the above process was put in place, what we saw was a fantastic improvement in the operating efficiency across teams & the scorecard was in trending upward.

  • Highest performing scrum team in the business
  • Agile metrics: Team velocity, burn down rates, time to market, customer satisfaction well above the customer averages
  • Behavioral scorecard: Average team member score of > 85%.
